Send us your winter storm photos

The last couple of days have been a whirlwind -- literally at times -- of rain, snow, ice and wind.

As such, the Banner Graphic news staff has been doing its best to bring you the latest news from the county -- snow-related and otherwise -- from the comfort of our living rooms.

That arrangement, coupled with the Travel Watch that changed over to a Travel Warning at 4 p.m. on Thursday, has made it a little tougher than normal to get out and get the photos we would like of the snow.

So we're asking for your help. Have you gotten a photo of the snow and its aftermath that you think might be worthy of printing in the pages of the Banner Graphic? Send it our way.

We welcome a variety of photos -- the beauty of the snow in nature, folks working to clear paths through it, kids (or big kids) out playing in it, our hardworking emergency responders trying to keep us all safe in the midst of the storm.

The content is up to you, but the more bright color there is peeking out from those sheets of white, the better.

We're looking to include photos both in the Saturday, Feb. 5 print edition as well as on our website, so please send us what you have to jjernagan@bannergraphic.com by noon on Friday.
