Sally Miller

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved Sally Miller.

Sally was born in Thompkinsville, Ky., on Aug. 18, 1932, to Prentice and Ollie Thurman Miles.

She was married to Charles O. Miller on Oct. 26, 1951, and he preceded her in death on Aug. 21, 1994.

Sally and Charles owned the Bainbridge Tap for many years, and she enjoyed her time working with the public.

She was preceded in death by her parents; twin sister Rachel Sheerin and her remaining, sisters Josephine Keene, and Virginia Osborne; her brothers, Lige (Wyonetta) Miles, Earl (Ann) Miles and Paul Miles. Her son Michael also preceded her in death.

She is survived by her son, Steve (Pam) Miller, and her daughter, Charlotte Dedman and her fiancé Scotty Wimberly. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life is set for 10 a.m.-noon on Saturday, May 21 at the Roachdale Community Center.

Arrangements are being handled by Servies and Morgan in Roachdale.
