Constituent awaits response from Hoosier lawmakers

To the Editor:

Nearly three weeks ago, Sunday, Feb. 6, 2022, I sent an email question to the offices of each of our senators and our congressional representative. As I write this letter today, Feb. 24, 2022, they have each not responded.

So, I choose to ask the same question with this open letter to Sen. Young, Sen. Braun and Rep. Baird.

It is a simple question that really only needs a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ response. No lengthy wishy-washy reply is necessary. Just, ‘yes’ or ‘no.’

The RNC (Republican National Committee) has declared that the event at our nation’s Capital Building on Jan. 6, 2021 was “legitimate political discourse.” Do you agree?

I believe that Hoosiers deserve an answer.
