In the final event of the Heptathlon, Pasch finished first in the 800-meter run and picked up 789 points after finishing in 2:22.56, improving her time by about two seconds since the NCAC Championships.

Pasch was also one of four Tigers to earn U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Great Lakes Region honors.

The student-athletes with the top five times/marks in each event in each region earn the distinction. In addition, members of a region’s top-three relay team are also selected for distinction.

After taking first place at the North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) Championships in the 400-meters (57.44), 60-meter hurdles (8.99), and posting the second-highest pentathlon point total in the region, with 3,578, Pasch has earned three individual USTFCCCA All-Great Lakes Region honors.

Pasch was also a part of the fourth-ranked 4x400 relay in the region, along with Alexis Cagan, Annalise Grammel, and Greencastle graduate Seelye Stoffregen. They finished first in the NCAC Indoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 4:03.45.

Bennett DeCoursey was named to the U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Great Lakes region team in the men’s shot put.

DeCoursey was regionally ranked fifth in shot put (15.25) after finishing second at the Wittenberg Invitational.

Pasch and the DePauw Track and Field team travels to Rose-Hulman for the Early Bird Invitational on Saturday, March 19.
