A Russellville woman died in an ATV accident Thursday in Clinton Township.

At 7:18 p.m., Putnam County sheriff’s Deputy Robert Soilleux was called to 4616 N. CR 850 West regarding a female falling from a moving vehicle.

Soilleux arrived at the scene to find Jordan Berry, 32, Russellville, identifying himself as the driver of a 2018 Polaris Ranger ATV.

Berry told Soilleux he had been southbound on 850 West at approximately 40-45 mph when his wife, 39-year-old Ashley Berry, fell from the moving vehicle.

She did not survive her injuries.

The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office listed the case as still under investigation as of Monday evening.

Ashley Berry’s obituary can be found here.
