No Plan Commission meeting Monday night, no April BZA

With Greencastle City Planner Scott Zimmerman having received confirmation from both Aspire Development and Chuck Pingleton that they request their respective petitions to be continued, the March meeting of the City Plan Commission has been canceled.

Both petitioners are considering their petitions based on public input last month, Zimmerman said.

Aspire is seeking approval for a planned unit development on vacant land north of Fawview Drive and south of Albin Pond Road, while Pingleton is seeking rezoning of his property off North College Avenue near the old Barnaby Mill site.

The city planner also announced that no new BZA cases have been filed, therefore, there will be no BZA scheduled for Tuesday, April 5
