Special meeting set for April 6 at Russellville

RUSSELLVILLE -- The Town of Russellville Water Board will hold a special meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 6 for a public hearing on proposed rates and charges.

Following that meeting, the town council will hold a special meeting for replacement of a town council member.
