Labhart, Myers, Taylor join Prime Real Estate Group
Prime Real Estate Group recently announced three new additions to its growing list of real estate brokers: Brittany Labhart, Joe Myers and Cathy Taylor.
They join Sue McCune, Amy Robinson, Lindsay Carter, Jana Boggess, Stephanie Felter and Eric Wolfe, who was recently recognized as Putnam County’s No. 1 broker for the fifth year in a row.
Brittany Labhart has taught business education classes at Greencastle Community School Corporation for 10 years. A member of the Eric Wolfe Team, she is an enthusiastic and dedicated Realtor who cares about her clients’ individual needs and works hard to provide the best possible outcome. Her passion for real estate combined with her years of experience in business education provides her with knowledge needed in today’s market.
Labhart graduated from Indiana University with a degree in sports management and marketing and holds a degree in business education from University of Southern Indiana. She serves on the board of Beyond Homeless Inc. and as vice president for West Indiana Central Tennis Association.
Labhart lives in Greencastle with her husband Patrick, their children Reagan and Will and a goldendoodle named Hank.
Joe Myers brings a breadth of professional experience to his work as a Realtor, including five years at Crown Equipment and six years as the jail commander for the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department. In his work as a Realtor, Myers prides himself on timely communication and enjoys delivering a smooth purchase or sale from start to finish.
Myers graduated from South Putnam High School and went on to earn a degree in Computer Information Systems from Ivy Tech. He served his community for six years as a precinct committeeman in Floyd Township and two years on the Floyd Township Fire District Board.
Myers currently resides in Greencastle with his wife, Megan (Ash), and children Peyton, Grace, Brady, Lincoln and a fifth child expected later in 2022.
Cathy Taylor is a member of the newly-formed Feltner Team and brings together her knowledge of Indiana with the skills of good communication, attention to detail and working together as a team to help navigate the process of buying or selling a home.
She has had the opportunity to live in several west, central and southern Indiana counties as well as northwest Florida. As a military spouse, Taylor is familiar with the challenges presented by relocation and brings her own experiences as a benefit to her clients.
Taylor worked more than 20 years as an analytical chemist supporting quality control and research and development projects and holds a degree in medical laboratory technology from Indiana State University. When not focusing on real estate, Taylor enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She and husband Matthew have one son, Jonah.
