Dennis W. Hilbert

Dennis W. Hilbert, 66, of Cloverdale, passed away Monday, May 2, 2022.

He was born Aug. 5, 1955 in Taylorsville, Ky., to the late James and Doris (Kidwell) Hilbert.

Dennis married Mary (Garman) Hilbert May 23, 1980, and she preceded him in death June 21, 2013.

He is survived by his children, Jessicia Hilbert, Adrein Hilbert, Andrew (Red) Hilbert and Jason Roman; siblings Bonnie (Mike) Birdwell, Rick (Barbara) Hilbert, Bryan (Kathy) Hilbert, Tim Freer and Tony Freer; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and stepmom Patsy Hilbert.

In addition to his wife and parents he is also preceded in death by his brother Kevin Hackney; sister Tonia Collins; nephews Jeremie Hilbert and Tony Hilbert.

Funeral services for Dennis will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 7 at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service time of 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
