Paul Eugene Harvey Jr.

Paul Eugene Harvey Jr., 70, of Greencastle, passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2022.

He was born Oct. 25, 1951 in Greencastle, the son of Paul E. and Wanda Lee (Alexander) Harvey Sr.

He was a 1972 graduate of Greencastle High School.

Paul served in the Army National Guard, retiring after 20 years of service. He also retired from IAC, were he had worked over 15 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Beverly O’Connor.

Paul is survived by his wife, Dora A. (Shillings) Harvey; daughters Ashley (James) Martin, Amber (Darrell) Kirkham, Paula (Jeremiah) Caulkins and April Glaze; sisters Barbara (Steve) Clark and Brenda Wood; and grandchildren Tyler, Anthony and Jonah Albright, Brian, Jordan and Alberta Evans.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at the Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home. Interment with military honors will follow at the Blakesburg Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home on Wednesday.
