Kids’ fishing derby set this Saturday at Jaycee Park

The Greencastle Parks and Recreation Department will host kids’ fishing day at Jaycee Park on Saturday, June 4.

Children are invited to bring their tackle box and favorite fishing pole and join a fun-filled morning at the park off of Airport Road just southeast of the city.

Registration will begin at 7:30 /.m. with the contest for most fish caught commencing at 8 a.m.

The event is open to boys and girls ages 2-17. All children should be accompanied by an adult.
