Jason and Kate Robbins - 25th Anniversary

Jason and Kate Robbins will be celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary this week.

The couple was married in Bloomington on Dec. 22, 1997.

After graduating from Indiana University in Bloomington, Jason accepted a teaching position at North Putnam Community Schools in the fall of 2000. The couple eventually settled in Greencastle back in 2001.

During this time, Kate went back to school at St. Mary-of-the-Woods College to receive her teaching degree. She then taught elementary school for seven years.

During this time, Jason and Kate had their son Jeremy, who was born in 2003. Jeremy graduated high school last year and he is currently enrolled full time in an electrical engineering apprenticeship and plans to be married this coming summer.

Kate is now a local librarian and Jason is enjoying his 23rd year teaching.

Jason and Kate are very excited as they approach their silver anniversary, and want to wish everyone in the community a very Merry Christmas.
