With the community coming together for the block party in celebration of the 2024 Putnam County Mural Festival, seven of the eight muralists gather during the party, including (from left) Noé Barnett, Matt Rees, Naomi Haverland, Emily Eldridge, Brooke Smart, Holly Sims and Anthony Brooks. This year’s festival featured two local artists in Sims and Rees, who painted The Warehouse Gym, which was the site of the block party.

As part of the downtown mural fest there was a booth where people could showcase their artistic skills by painting pumpkins. This father and son duo took that opportunity along with many others in attendance.

To officially dedicate the mural, all of the artists and the Putnam County Mural Project members got up on stage for a ribbon cutting.

War Radio provided the entertainment for the crowd with a variety of songs for the audience.

  • Bainbridge mural is by far the best so far...although the jelly fish are vibrant and keeps me wishing for an ocean nearby
