INDIANAPOLIS -- The Greencastle girls' cross country team fought tough opponents and equally tough course conditions during Saturday's Ben Davis Invitational. The Tiger Cubs finished 11th with a score of 322. On a course that was partially covered in water due to flooded and almost 300 feet longer, Colleen Weatherford led the Tiger Cubs with a fifth place finish with a season-best time of 19:59. Kayla Cash finished 66th in a time of 22:30 and Alex Stoffregen was 76th in a time of 22:59...

Weather postponed the Friday night clash between North Putnam and South Putnam until Saturday evening. What the weather couldn't prevent was a back and forth game that ended in spectacular style for the host Eagles as they piled up 21 points in the final five minutes to defeat the Cougars 34-20...
