The possibility of a Christmas lights in the park project moved another step toward reality Wednesday night. Norma R. (Killion) Minor Hoten, 80, of Reelsville, passed away on Sept. 10, 2020 at her residence in Putnam County. She was born March 3, 1940 in Clay County, the daughter of Reanis Killion and Evelyn (Stough) Killion. Norma was a member of the Big Walnut Baptist Church. She worked for the Indiana Department Correctional Facility as a food service director. She enjoyed all music, especially playing the organ for her church.
