Mitzie Carol (Dugan) Goodpaster, 62, Poland, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at her home, surrounded by family.  She was born in Greencastle on Jan. 8, 1959 to the late James and Carol (Kelly) Dugan.
