Jasper R. Dye

Jasper R. Dye, 67, Belle Union, died Monday at his residence.
Born in Garrard County, Ky., he was the son of Jasper G. and Pine (Clarkson) Dye.
He was the owner and operator of Jasper Manufacturing, Belle Union and served in the U.S. Army.
He married Betty J. Conner on Sept. 3, 1957. She survives.
Other survivors include daughter Anita K. Rominger, Belle Union; son Bruce A. Dye, Belle Union; sisters Lula Graham and husband Millard, Lancaster, Ky., Hilda Nailor and husband James, Stanford, Ky., Barbara Barron and husband Bobby, Eubank, Ky., Shirley Bingham and husband Ronald, Eubank, Ky., and Linda Hall and husband Ronald, Eubank, Ky.; brothers James Dye and wife Rose, Stanford, Ky., and Wayman Dye and wife Dessie, Greencastle.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and daughter Diana Dye.
Services will take place at 2 p.m. Thursday at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Burial will be at Walnut Chapel Cemetery, Cloverdale.
Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
