Donations made Christmas party possible

To the Editor:

On Monday, Dec. 22, 2008 Opportunity Housing Inc. of Putnam County's annual Christmas party was held at the Greencastle Eagles Lodge.

To the Eagles Lodge and the wonderful volunteers, Opportunity Housing, our board of directors and staff would like to extend our sincere gratitude and thanks to each and every one of you.

With the donations provided by the Eagles, Greencastle Wal-Mart store and Cloverdale and South Putnam student councils, Opportunity Housing was able to provide gifts for all the children.

Also, the board of directors and staff donated their time and cookies for all the attending families.

To the Eagles, we truly can't thank you enough. Without your donation, we would not have been able to have our kids' Christmas party.

Opportunity Housing would like to personally thank the Eagles, Greencastle Wal-Mart store, Cloverdale and South Putnam students councils, board of directors, staff, Santa and all the families.

If we failed to mention someone, please accept our apology and we say, "Thank you to all."
