Claude Dotson

Claude Dotson, 88, of Greencastle, formerly of Indianapolis, passed away on Monday, July 11, 2011 in Putnam County Hospital. He was born on Sept. 27, 1922 in Portageville, Mo. to William and Amanda Belle Dotson.

Claude was the widow of Laura Dotson. He was the owner and operator of Claude's trim shop in Indianapolis for 30 years retiring in 1988.

Claude was preceded in death by a daughter, Claudia Foreman and a grandson, Cory Yates.

Survivors include his children; C. Joyce Yates, Ruthann Stanfill and Greg Dotson; brother, James Keaton and William Dodson; eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Calling hours will be on Sunday July, 17 from 4-7 p.m. in Hall-Baker Funeral Home Plainfield with a memorial service to follow at 7 p.m.
