Cloverdale FFA Greenhouse soon to open

The Cloverdale FFA Greenhouse will be opening Saturday, April 14 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.

The greenhouse is a project put on by the Cloverdale FFA students who participate in both horticulture and landscape classes, where students learn to grow and take care of the plants.

"Students in those classes start back in the fall planting what they would like to plant," said Cloverdale FFA adviser Tiffany Douglass. "Students learn how to invest money in a business and learn how to make that money back.

The greenhouse will offer a large variety of annuals, vegetables, hanging baskets and planters.

It will be open on Mondays and Wednesday's from 2-5 p.m. and Saturday's from 9 a.m. -- 2 p.m.

We will then be open on Mondays, Wednesdays from 2-5 pm and Saturdays

The greenhouse is located on the south side of the high school.
