Caring for Animals

Saturday, October 13, 2012

Girl Scout Troop 1753 recently donated dog and cat food, as well as other pet necessities, to the Helping Pawz rescue organization. The girls used money they earned selling cookies to help the organization that took over the job of helping animals in our county since the Humane Society was closed. Those participating in the event included Girl Scouts Keeley Hughes, Kassie Wade, Kenzie Stoltz and Gayle Baugh, scout leader Tara Baugh and Pawz coordinator Lynelle Cullen.
