Ralph Richard Lopossa

Ralph Richard Lopossa, 63, of Clayton, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 14, 2013.

Born Nov. 13, 1949 in Lebanon, Ind., he was the son of Ralph E. Lopossa and Pearl (Thomas) Lopossa.

He married Dedra Diane Robinson on June 7, 1969, and she survives.

Ralph was employed as a foundry worker for Navistar, from which he retired. He then went to work at Dixie Chopper.

He was a member of the Good Shepherd Baptist Church in Mooresville. He loved the Lord and his family and enjoyed time with his grandkids.

Survivors include his wife; children Charlie Lopossa and wife Lynn, Martinsville, Lori Evans and husband Wes, Fillmore, and Lisa Fernandez and husband Greg, Clayton; grandchildren Ashley Kean (Eli), Alyssa Lopossa, Kyley Brown, Tyler Lopossa, Zach Lopossa, Jake Lopossa, Katie Lopossa, Cody Evans, Luke Fernandez and Lora Fernandez; great-granddaughter Willow Kean; and sisters Barbara Jean West and Leona Heifner (Ernie).

His parents, brother Herman Lopossa and sister Vivian Eaton preceded him in death.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Friday at Bousley-Hays Funeral Home in Coatesville.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Brandon Sichting officiating. Burial will follow in the Clayton Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Good Shepherd Baptist Church of Mooresville.
