Connie Miller Fisher

Connie Miller Fisher, 93, Greencastle, passed away Sunday morning, May 26, 2013 at The Waters in Greencastle.

She was born in Ashboro, In on April 16, 1920 the daughter of LeRoy C. and Violet F. Butts Miller.

She married Charles W. Fisher in 1939 in Greencastle and he preceded her in death on June 28, 1993.

Mrs. had worked for the Indiana State Highway Department and the auditor of the State of Indiana.

She was a member of the Stilesville Christian Church. She was a great lover of animals.

Survivors include her daughters, Deanna Butler and husband Gary of Lawrenceburg and Penny Fisher of Fillmore; grandchildren Darryl, Leslie, Jaque and Richard; seven great-grandchildren; and a brother Richard Miller of Florida.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, grandson David Simon and sisters Geneva Largent and Marion Hutcherson.

Graveside services will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 1 at the Stilesville Cemetery with burial to follow. Friends may call at Bousley-Hays Funeral Home, Coatesville, on Saturday from 1-3 p.m.
