Eleven-year-old Lance Bush wrapped up an impressive summer of travel baseball last weekend. A sixth-grader at South Putnam Middle School, Bush plays for the Mafia Baseball Organization travel team, a hobby since he was eight. He competed in Elizabethtown, Kent. in the Bluegrass World Series July 17-21 with his team earning runner-up at the event. Last week, after being chosen as one of 12 players to represent Indiana on the All-State Team, he competed in Illinois. (Courtesy photos)
