Harold L. Keck

Harold L. Keck, 67, of Bainbridge, passed away on Friday, Oct. 4, 2013.

He was born on Nov. 7, 1945 in Greencastle to Herbert Keck and Thelma Jean Koessler Martin Keck.

After graduation from Bainbridge High School, Harold served his country in the U.S. Army.

He retired from IBM Corp., and had worked at NASA during his tenure at IBM.

Harold also had served as an accountant for the City of Friendswood, Texas.

His hobby was restoring old cars.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert Keck and Thelma Jean Martin, and his wife, Teresa A. Knever Keck, who died Nov. 3, 2007.

Surviving are his children, Darrell Keck and wife Mary of Fillmore, Matthew Keck of Houston and Jason Keck; and three grandchildren, Nathan Keck, Nicholas Keck and Mark Anderson.

Funeral services with military honors will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9 at Bittles and Hurt Funeral Home, Greencastle, with Steve Newman officiating.

Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Terre Haute at 12:30 p.m.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, Oct. 8 from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
