Barbara J. Hathaway

Barbara J. Hathaway, 61, of Greencastle, passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2014.

She was born on Aug. 25, 1952 in Greencastle to Ben Bonney and Mary June Browning Bonney.

Barbara was a 1970 graduate of Greencastle High School, and was employed by the Greencastle Utility Office for more than 36 years.

She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and was a two-time recipient of the John R. Hurte Award.

Her mother and a nephew, Allen Bonney, preceded her in death.

Surviving are her husband Rick Long, father Ben Bonney, brother Steve Bonney and nephew Adam Bonney.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Forest Hill Cemetery.
