Letter by letter, all evidence of Members Heritage Federal Credit Union on Greencastle's East Side is disappearing before our eyes as workmen Thursday remove the letters from the bank sign atop the office at 13 Putnam Plaza. The credit union, which closed its local office on Dec. 31, had been a fixture at Putnam Plaza since opening there as the IBM Credit Union when the shopping center debuted in 1985. Members Heritage customers can still access their accounts and information online or by contacting the main office in Lexington, Ky.
