Third annual Cancer Awareness Night hosted by VFW Ladies Auxiliary

The Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post 1550, Greencastle, will host its third annual Cancer Awareness Night on Friday, March 13.

The event will take place at the VFW Post, 819 S. Jackson St., beginning at 5 p.m.

The annual charity event will assist in the care of cancer patients at the Putnam County Hospital Cancer Center.

The evening will include a dinner of pulled pork, a variety of sides and dessert for $6.

A guest speaker will be in attendance, along with raffling off a 60-inch flat-screen TV, a 50/50 drawing and other entertainment throughout the evening.
