Farm Bureau annual meeting to feature FFA speaker March 14
The 2017 annual meeting of the Putnam County Farm Bureau is scheduled for 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 14 in the Community Building on the Putnam County Fairgrounds, located north of Greencastle off U.S. 231.
Farm Bureau members are invited to enjoy a night of food and fellowship along with some annual business decisions.
Chaela Minor will be the guest speaker. Minor is from Reelsville and attended the Clay City FFA chapter.
Currently serving as the 2016-17 Indiana FFA state secretary, she is the daughter of Jesse and Laura Minor, and Dawn Curtis.
Minor has been an active member of FFA and 4-H. She also graduated top of her senior class and is attending Purdue University with plans to become an agriculture teacher.
