Sentenced to Serve 5K Walk/Run set May 13 at Big Walnut Sports Park

Join neighbors, family and friends for the second annual Sentenced to Serve 5K Walk/Run on Saturday, May 13 at 8 a.m. at Big Walnut Sports Park on Greencastle’s East Side.

Participants can register on-site beginning at 7 a.m. the day of the event or conveniently online prior to the event at runsignup.com -- www.runsignup.com/Race/INGreencastle/Sentencetoserve5k.

Awards for the timed event will be issued for a variety of age groups.

All proceeds will go toward People Pathways and the Putnamville Employee Recognition Committee.

The $25 registration fee includes a free T-shirt for those who sign up before Monday, May 1. Plus, just in time for Mother’s Day, the first 50 moms will be honored with a complimentary flower courtesy of Eitel’s Flowers and Gifts.

Sentenced to Serve 5K Walk/Run is an opportunity to join in and keep the momentum moving forward for the “Be Well Putnam County Community Wellness Initiative.”
