PCPL traffic flow reverses Sept. 13

The flow of traffic through the Putnam County Public Library parking lot will reverse on and ever after Wednesday, Sept. 13.

Patrons will now enter the lot from Poplar Street (one-way westbound) and exit onto Walnut Street (one-way eastbound).

The book drop will also be moved onto the other side of the new entrance.
