Attitude character trait winners for the month of September in the Greencastle High School Character Education Program are Ephraim Hale (second from left) and Tommy Abel, congratulated by GHS Assistant Principal Jennifer Finnerty (left) and Character Education Program co-sponsor Lisa Duggan. The character trait for September was “Responsibility.” Hale and Abel were selected from out of 22 students nominated by teachers and staff as being exceptionally responsible in their school life and personal life. They each receive $25 from the program, funded by Balfour, which provides graduation items, including caps and gowns, to GHS.
