Taking advantage of another nice fall evening, the final First Friday of the year in downtown Greencastle put the focus on fun for kids with 200 free pumpkins available from Prime Real Estate Group and games galore. Hunter Fox (top), the two-year-old son of Ashley and Richard Fox, Greencastle, strains to even try to lift his prize pumpkin, while Kaydence Perdue, 7, strolls along happy with her choice. Meanwhile, youngsters try their hand at a basketball shoot, one of a number of games Dr. Elizabeth Kirsch of Kirsch Family Dentistry provided. The successful First Friday effort will return in the spring with more outdoor activity.
