Sara Meece

Sara (Tracy) Meece, 72, of Greencastle passed away peacefully on Oct. 20, 2017 at Mill Pond Health Campus in Greencastle.

She was born Aug. 16, 1945 to the late Claude and Vera Tracy of Bainbridge.

Sara is survived by a sister, Maria (Vince) Kiger of Danville; a brother, Monte Tracy, Indianapolis; a sister, Claudia Davis, Crawfordsville; two sons, Denny and Danny Rivers; and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Meece.

Her love for her husband and boys was immeasurable.

One of her great joys was reading her Bible and fellowshipping with her church family.

Celebration of life service will be Nov. 9 at Life Spring Church, 1700 W. U.S. 36, Bainbridge.

Visitation is from 3-5 p.m. with the service at 5 p.m.
