Greencastle swimming to have 'Laps for Life'

Greencastle High School’s swimming teams are again sponsoring a “Laps for Life” fundraiser, with proceeds going to “Relay For Life” to help in the fight against cancer.

The sixth-annual event is at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the GHS pool.

Each swimmer will swim 100 laps during the lap-a-thon and will solicit flat-fee donations to provide funds.

In the past five years, the Sharks have collected more th an $5,000 for the American Cancer Society.
