Winter Weather Advisory in effect until Monday afternoon

Sunday, January 14, 2018

A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued by the National Weather Service for most of central Indiana -- including Putnam County and all counties contiguous to it -- for the period from 10 p.m. Sunday through 4 p.m. Monday.

Accumulating snow is expected to move into central Indiana starting with light snow Sunday evening. Heavier snow is then likely to move in later Sunday night and continue through Monday afternoon.

Most areas are expected to get 2-3 inches of snow by Monday afternoon, with some areas receiving up to four inches of snow.
