Frank Walker Gilmer

Dr. Frank Walker Gilmer, the well-known professor, passed away on Jan. 22, 2018, after a long illness.

He and his wife, Peggy had been residents of Greencastle since 1963.

The family of Dr. Gilmer would like to announce that there will be a memorial service on Thursday, Feb. 8 at 2 p.m. at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Greencastle.

He is survived by his daughter, Gail Landauer, husband Alan and their children Andrew, Beth and Amy; son, Charles Gilmer, wife Carolyn and their children Carrie and Ryan.
