Kenneth W. 'Mundo' Mundy

Kenneth W. Mundy, "Mundo" to his friends, passed away at The Waters of Greencastle on Friday, July 13, 2018 at the age of 72.

Kenny was born June 5, 1946 in Greencastle to Clevie Cleon and Minnie Leota (Crawley) Mundy.

Kenny graduated in 1964 from Fillmore High School, where he played varsity basketball.

He went into the Navy at 17 and served his country in Vietnam.

He is survived by his six children, 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

His children are KC and wife Stephanie Mundy, Jody Lynn and husband Tim Calvert, Mandi Dawn Mundy and partner Michael Russell, Rustin Paul Mundy, Jake Dakota Mundy and Catherine Elizabeth Munro.

Also surviving are his brother, Donald R. and wife Linda Mundy; and his sister, Sheila Sue, and husband Rodney Bowser.

His parents, Cleon and Minnie Mundy; his stepfather, Harold Shaner; and his two brothers, Melvin Maurice Mundy and James Cleon Mundy, preceded him in death.

Private services will be held at a later date.
