Cloverdale High School service learning project effort set Friday

CLOVERDALE -- “Commitment to Our Community,” a Cloverdale High School service learning project, is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 5 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.

Any community member who needs assistance in gutter cleaning, raking leaves or similar maintenance tasks can get assistance by contacting the Town of Cloverdale Clerk’s Office or Soul Harvest Church.

Community partners for the program include Soul Harvest Church, First National Bank, Endeavor Communications, POET and the Town of Cloverdale.

Cloverdale High School encourages students to participate in the half-day service learning opportunity, in partnership with local businesses and entities, that fosters respect and social responsibility.
