Greencastle (6-1, 3-1) at North Putnam (2-2, 5-2)

The coaches: Mike Meyer is in his ninth year at Greencastle. Sam Carnes is in his second year at North Putnam.

On the airwaves: WREB-FM 94.3 will air the game.

Special events: North Putnam will have its homecoming festivities.

So far: Greencastle beat Crawfordsville 9-0, Cloverdale 28-18, West Vigo 23-12, South Putnam 12-0, Cascade 49-26 and Sullivan 29-28 before losing 42-9 to Northview last week. North Putnam beat North Montgomery 28-12, Southmont 48-42 and South Putnam 20-2, lost 48-21 to Sullivan, beat Cloverdale 49-14, lost 41-21 to Northview and beat West Vigo 26-20.

Per-game scoring averages: Offense — Greencastle 22.7, NP 30.4. Defense — Greencastle 18.0, NP 25.6.

Opponents’ records: Greencastle 22-27, North Putnam 23-26.

History: North Putnam won 10-0 last year at Greencastle, and has won 17 of 33 games over the past 30 years.

WIC impact: If Greencastle wins, the Cubs are second in the WIC West. If North Putnam wins, and Sullivan also wins, the three teams will be tied for second in the West.

Cloverdale (2-2, 2-5) at Indian Creek (4-0, 4-3)

The coaches: Tom Winders is in his second year at Cloverdale. Brett Cooper is in his second year at Indian Creek.

So far: Cloverdale lost 6-0 to South Putnam, 28-18 to Greencastle, 45-6 to Edgewood, 14-8 to Cascade and 49-14 to North Putnam before beating Brown County 26-8 and Owen Valley 56-7. Indian Creek lost 31-22 to Evansville Mater Dei and 43-18 to Greenwood, beat Owen Valley 59-8 and Brown County 55-0, lost 35-14 to Triton Central and beat Edgewood 30-15 and Cascade 45-14.

Per-game scoring averages: Offense — Clovers 18.3, IC 34.7. Defense — Clovers 22.4, IC 20.9.

Opponents’ records: Cloverdale 23-26, IC 21-28.

History: Indian Creek won 34-0 at Cloverdale last year and has won the last two meetings.

WIC impact: Indian Creek has already clinched the WIC East title. Cloverdale will finish in fourth place regardless of tonight’s outcome.

South Putnam (0-4, 2-5) at Northview (4-0, 7-0)

The coaches: Nathan Aker is in his fifth year at South Putnam. Mark Raetz is in his sixth year at Northview.

On the airwaves: WGRE-FM 91.5 and WAMB-FM 99.5 will air the game.

So far: South Putnam beat Cloverdale 6-0 and Owen Valley 57-14 and lost 20-2 to North Putnam, 12-0 to Greencastle, 40-16 to Edgewood, 44-8 to West Vigo and 47-14 to Sullivan. Northview beat Terre Haute North 35-26, Edgewood 42-14, Sullivan 50-20, West Vigo 42-0, Owen Valley 70-0, North Putnam 41-21 and Greencastle 42-9.

Per-game scoring averages: Offense — SP 14.7, Northview 46.0. Defense — SP 25.3, Northview 12.9.
