Silver Lining Players to celebrate first anniversary

The Silver Lining Players will celebrate their first anniversary with a performance of “The Proposal” by Anton Chekhov on Monday, April 8 at 11:30 a.m. at the Putnam County Public Library, 103 E. Poplar St., Greencastle.

Parts will be played by Bill Wieland, Karen Sutherlin and Carol Moore.

Following the free performance cake and sweets, courtesy of Linda Ford, will be served.

Martha Warton has put together a scrapbook of the group’s first year for viewing.
