Taking advantage of a pleasant 80-degree afternoon in Greencastle on Thursday, Kristin Tippin and her one-year-old daughter Quinn snuggle on the bench outside the Putnam County Senior Center on the north side of the Courthouse Square. Tippin is the owner of Bear Threads Boutique, located a couple doors to the east.
