Charlie Johnston Memorial Ride set Saturday

The sixth annual Charlie Johnston Memorial Ride is set for Saturday, beginning and ending at the Fillmore Fire Department.

Sign-in begins at 9 a.m. with kickstands up at 11 a.m.

Cost is $25 per bike, which includes lunch. The ride will benefit the Greencastle Police Department and the Fillmore Fire Department.

Also as part of the festivities, a car show will run from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. The first 20 will receive dash plaques, with the prizes for the audience choice in hot rod, classic and motorcycle classes.

The event will also feature door prizes and a silent auction.

The Indiana Blood Mobile will be present from 7 a.m.-noon.

Breakfast cooked by the Fillmore Fire Department will be available beginning at 8 a.m. for a freewill donation.
