Looking a lot more like the color picture above than the classic black-and-white version, Average House Band will plays its annual reunion shows on Friday, Aug. 9 and Saturday, Aug. 10. In attendance at the Inn at DePauw will be (clockwise from bottom right) Rod Kersey, Bill Hamm, Sandy Williams, Steve Michael, Danny Martin and (not pictured) Fred Badalli. Doors open at 8 p.m. each evening, with the band taking the stage at 9. Tickets are $10 each. “Touch of Mink” VIP tables for 10 are available for $100. The band will also be playing a warm-up show at Wasser Brewing Co. on Thursday. “No cover, but I’d recommend a reservation because they’re getting filled up,” Michael said of the Wasser show.
