Jerry Dale Stapert

Jerry Dale Stapert, 54, of Greencastle, passed away Saturday, Jan. 25, 2020, at his residence.

Jerry was born in Martinsville on Aug. 13, 1965, the son of Joseph Franklin and Ada Lee (Pleasant) Stapert.

He attended Martinsville Schools.

Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Sarah Stapert; four daughters, Nicolette See (husband Garrett), Ada Stapert, Tina Hutcheson (husband Joey) and Lisa Richardson (husband Justin); three brothers, Delmar Stapert, Ricky Stapert and Michael David Stapert (wife April); a sister, Becky Eggers; 13 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Joseph Stapert, and a sister, Theresa Stapert.

A celebration of life will be held noon Thursday, Jan. 30 at his residence. The family would like to extend an invitation to all his friends and family.
