Angela ‘Angie’ Marie Blake

Angela “Angie” Marie Blake, 56, of Roachdale, passed away surrounded by her family on Monday, Feb. 24, 2020.

She was born on Aug. 6, 1963 in Portland, Ore., to the late David L. and surviving Ruth (Fadner) Crossen.

On Aug. 20, 2013 in Greencastle, she married Edward P. Blake. He survives.

Angie graduated from Hill Crest High School in June of 1981.

She was a member of the American Legion in Greencastle.

She enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, her dogs, being out in nature and being around people. She was always very determined, and enjoyed life to the fullest.

She is survived by her husband, Ed Blake of Roachdale; daughter, Rose (Juan) Otzay; son, Daniel Harwood; mother, Ruth Crossen of Sandy, Ore.; sister, Lisa Gustafson of Portland, Ore.; grandchildren, Jose Otzay, Isabel Otzay and Juan Otzay; and nieces and nephews, Amanda Lewis, Krissy Harvell, John Bradley, Tyler Bradley and Ashley Griffin.

She was preceded in death by her father; and sisters, Marcie Harvell and Gina Griffin.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 29 at Servies & Morgan Funeral Home, 102 E. Washington St., Roachdale, IN 46172, with her family officiating. She will be laid to rest in Blakesburg Cemetery.
