William ‘Bill’ David Davies

William “Bill” David Davies, 73, of Cloverdale, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 13, 2020.

He was born in Indianapolis to the late William Bruner and Eleanor (Harvey) Davies.

He married Ellen (Smith) Davies on Aug. 15, 1993 and she survives.

He retired from DQS, Inc. as a lead auditor. He was a member of the Putnam County Photography Club and Mountain Springs Dulcimer Group.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Susan L. Dessauer and husband Brian K., Loraine Garner and husband Brad W., David A. Stout and wife Deborah Law, Bradley L. Stout and companion Jeanette, Steven B. Norris and Kerry L. Stout and wife Wendy; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and siblings Sharon Moore of Indianapolis and Amber Peterson of Palm Harbor, Fla.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Dustin L. Stout.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 17 at 3 p.m. at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until service time.
