Richard Allan Sims

Richard Allan Sims, 69, of Greencastle, passed away Saturday, April 12, 2020, at his residence.

Richard was born in Greencastle on May 25, 1951, the son of Frank and Laura (Johnson) Sims.

He was a graduate of Greencastle High School.

Mr. Sims was a member of the American Legion. He proudly served in the United States Army. He worked as an employment agency representative for many years.

Survivors include four children, Justin Sims (Brittaney Orman), Amber Sims, Nicole Sims and Anthony Sims; two sisters, Beverly Richardson and Kathy Berry; four brothers, Larry, David, Jimmy and Brent Sims; 12 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
