COVID-19 has disrupted every area of normal life. Businesses closed for weeks on end, concerts were cancelled and family celebrations postponed indefinitely.

Along with the impact on our everyday lives, social distancing measures have affected how Endeavor will work with the Putnam County Fair this season. We knew that the fair was going to look different this year and we wanted to help keep it as normal as possible.

So, to allow all family and friends the opportunity to see the exhibits, livestock shows, as well as static projects we will send a team of employees to record many events. Events will be livestreamed or recorded for later showing.

Simply go to our website www.weendeavor.com and click on the fair button for access. A live stream recording will be available starting at the scheduled event time and can be viewed afterward. The videos are also accessible through the fair website, social media and our local Endeavor TV channel 3.

While we usually aid filming the events for the Putnam County Fairs in the main arenas, this year will be much more robust. We will be filming many small animals, horse and pony, as well as featuring projects in the community building.

Even among the complications COVID-19 has caused organizations, families and communities, Endeavor Communications is dedicated to making local events as special as ever. Partnering with the 4-H Junior Leaders, Putnam County Fair Board and Purdue Extension will ensure that this fair will run smoothly. We are fortunate to have such an excellent group to work with.

With our easily accessible viewing options, you will not miss anything. Join us in supporting Putnam County Fair this year by logging on.
