Buzzi Unicem donates drinking water to Central Elementary

Seeing a need for being able to provide water to students, Buzzi Unicem recently donated a pallet of bottled water to Central Elementary School.

Principal Todd Gowen wrote to the Banner Graphic that the drinking fountains at Central Elementary had to be disabled due to COVID-19 safety protocols. He noted that teachers were purchasing water for when students either forgot or could not afford a water bottle.

“Central Elementary students and staff very much appreciate the thoughtfulness of Buzzi Unicem and their leadership team for giving back to our community members,” Gowen said.
